I was on a trip, and my coolant reservoir tank broke. Unfortunately I was near these guys!! I've been in the car business for years and never have I ever been treated like this! I think if you look up highway robbers these guys pictures should be next to the definition! These guys took waaay to long to take the parts apart, and of course charged me by the hour for their ridiculously slow labor, and than misquoted me on replacing the pulleys on the car, and tried to tell me that all my other coolant system components were original, until I had to show him the receipt that they were replaced less than a year ago! I offered to order the parts from my home BMW dealership who sells me parts at list, and he insisted it was no big deal and he would not overcharge for parts! HA! What a loser! I literally got what would have cost me $500 (I sent the invoice to other mechanics without the price and had them quote me) ended up paying these thieves $972!!! Not counting 2 nights in a hotel and lost time sitting around waiting for these snails to get anything done!!! It is what it is, but I also know, what goes around comes around!
